Current Openings: Retail Sales Associate

• Job Description:

  • Assist customers with product selection, including glass, vapes, and other smoking accessories.

  • Maintain store cleanliness and organize product displays.

  • Stay informed on the latest trends in the smoke industry to offer customers the best recommendations.

  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

  • Participate in in-store promotions and events like our Halloween costume parties.

• Requirements:

  • Must be 21+ with a valid ID (required by Arizona law).

  • Minimum of 1 year of retail experience, preferably in the smoke shop, vape, or related industry.

  • Knowledge of tobacco, glass, and smoking accessories is essential.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.

  • Ability to handle cash register operations and reconcile sales at closing.

• Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working in a smoke shop or tobacco retail environment.

  • Experience with product inventory management systems and point-of-sale (POS) software.

Inventory Specialist

• Job Description:

  • Manage inventory levels, process shipments, and ensure stock accuracy.

  • Monitor stock rotation to prevent expired or damaged products.

  • Assist with ordering new products, keeping track of in-demand items, and coordinating with suppliers.

  • Perform routine inventory audits and resolve discrepancies.

  • Maintain a clean and organized back stockroom and sales floor.

• Requirements:

  • Must be 21+ with a valid ID (required by Arizona law).

  • Minimum of 2 years of inventory management experience in the retail or smoke shop.

  • Familiarity with smoking accessories, vape products, and tobacco products is a must.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to lift and move heavy boxes, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
